Refund policy

At Ironwood Assets, we want you to love your books. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be in their original, unused condition.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

How to start a return

Email us at ironwoodassetsllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
